Hospitality industry scouts for future talent

Canada's hospitality schools are getting better at going head to head with their U.S. counterparts as the industry tries to revamp its image, according to industry specialists. The industry is confronting a broad trend that it experienced perhaps the most of any industry during both boom and bust times: the impact of demographics on employment, from one extreme to the other.
