Today educators teach skills that are necessary for youth to become productive members of society.
The Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism (CATT) students demonstrate learning outcomes referenced to the National Occupational Standards for Transferable Skills established by the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council, the Employability Skills 2000+ assembled by the Conference Board of Canada and Human Resource Skill Development (HRSD)’s Essential Skills.
Expectations at Level I and Level II are to introduce these skill sets. The CATT 10 National Learning Outcomes are the building blocks of what students can demonstrate at the end of the Academy program.
