By completing and submitting this form you are verifying that the names of the students listed have completed the requirements for their Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism Level I certificate.

Teachers/Instructors: Please ensure that students’ names are spelled correctly for the CATT database. Also include the student’s e-mail address if he/she is interested in belonging to the CATT Alumni (allows students to stay in touch, receive newsletters and connect with other CATT Alumni).

Please note that the student names and appropriate signatures should be completed on the certificates by a school official and distributed at a school recognition event.
