Criteria Requirements

By completing and submitting this form you are verifying that the names of the students listed have completed the requirements for their Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism Level Gold certificate.

Criteria check - Please ensure that all of the following criteria have been met for each eligible student: *

Teachers/Instructors: Please ensure that students’ names are spelled correctly for the CATT database. Also include the student’s e-mail address if he/she is interested in belonging to the CATT Alumni (allows students to stay in touch, receive newsletters and connect with other CATT Alumni).

The certificates requested for the above-named students will arrive by mail at your school within 2 weeks.

Please note that the student names and appropriate signatures should be completed on the certificates by a school official and distributed at a school recognition event.
